RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for eligible ready-to-ship items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in the original packaging.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Because pre-order items are specially sourced or made for each customer, pre-order purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned, unless:
You receive the wrong item.
The item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
